This charming townhouse has been meticulously renovated by the current owners to provide stunning, spacious, and exceptionally well-appointed accommodation across three floors. The lounge and separate dining area are both luxurious and inviting, with French doors opening onto a private terrace furnished with a comfortable seating area, outdoor dining table, and BBQ. The terrace can be fully covered when shade is desired, creating a versatile space for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with every modern convenience, including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, which also serves as a guest cloakroom.

A little further on is the Puente Romano Hotel and Spa, arguably the most fashionable destination in Marbella — ideal for relaxing in luxury or mingling with the rich and famous. Puerto Banús, with its glamorous boutiques, superyachts, and vibrant nightlife, is just a short distance beyond.
